Work Description:
**CITY PROJECT** City of San Mateo Public Works Corporation Yard - Installation of 12 Level 2 EV Chargers intended for fleet
vehicle use only. Work includes associated site and electrical infrastructure improvements beyond the meter (BTM).
Revision 1 - Management controller (LMC) has been incorporated. Cutsheets for the switchboard and distribution panel have
been incorporated into the plans. (RFI 3/30/26)
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE
FOLLOWING:

Associated to Main Permit
For making all inspection request. A minimum of 24 hours advance
notice is required for all inspection performed by the Building
Division. A minimum of 48 hours for all inspections performed by
the Fire, Planning & Public Works Departments.
Please note this may not guarantee you the next business day
inspection. Inspections are on a first call basis and a given number of
inspections are allocated for each day.
The day of a scheduled inspection, you may call the Building Division
after 9:00 a.m. to receive a 2 hour timeframe of the scheduled
inspection or go online to:

Inspections are performed Monday thru Friday 9:00a.m. to 5p.m.
Maintain all construction documents (approved plans, permit
card) in legible condition and ensure that they are at the job site for
inspections.

With the exception of residential fire sprinklers (13D),
all Fire fees & inspections are to be paid and scheduled
through the Bureau of Fire Protection & Life Safety
Office.
Provide any and all equipment (ladders, lights, etc.) necessary to
complete the inspection.
This permit is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
Extensions may be granted per AB2913.
Storm Water Pollution Prevention (STOPPP)
Inspections will need to call the Public Works
Department to schedule:
·STOPPP Pre-Construction Inspection &
·STOPPP Final Inspection
This permit does not include any construction within the
Public Right of Way. Any construction in this area requires
a separate permit from the Public Works Department.

JOB SITE AT ALL TIMES.
