DEP intends to enter into a sole source agreement with Ineltech Corporation, BWT-ASC-1 for the Purchase of  ANVIC Slip Loss Recovery Control (SLRC) Part. The Bureau of Wastewater Treatment (BWT) has dozens of ANVIC SLRC controls for process main sewage pumps (MSPs) and return activated sludge pumps (RASPs) in its several wastewater resource recovery facilities (WRRFs) for processing and treatment of wastewater in those facilities. These ANVIC SLRC Control parts are needed to replace those that are depleted and worn-out to ensure proper maintenance and operation of the main sewage and return sludge pumping systems . Any firm which believes it can also provide the required service IN THE FUTURE is invited to so, indicated by letter which must be received no later than February 14 , 2025, 4:30pm at: Department of Environmental Protection, Agency Chief Contracting Officer, 59-17 Junction Blvd., 17 th Floor, Flushing, New York 11373, ATTN: Glorivee Roman, glroman@dep.nyc.gov
