INTENT:  It is the intent of these plans and specifications to provide for a contractor who shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for Electric Motor Rehabilitation.

SCOPE:  This project involves various tasks related to water supply electric motor system maintenance, including material allowances for (but not limited to): parts, labor, pump motor rewinding, and machine work. The contractor is responsible for completing all work as specified in the contract documents, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
