Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners at the office of the County Clerk, 110 Courthouse Plaza, Manhattan, Kansas until 5:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 19, 2025, and publicly opened in the Commissioner office at 9:50 a.m., Thursday, March 20, 2025.
