The City of Titusville, on behalf of the Public Works Fleet Department, is considering sealed bids from
qualified licensed firms to provide adequate, prompt, and efficient as-needed towing services for
City-owned or operated vehicles and equipment.
The City’s fleet contains approximately 500 vehicles and equipment, those requiring towing services
include cars, vans, pick-up trucks, and service or utility trucks 1.5-ton and under. Also included
are heavy vehicles such as fire apparatuses, dump trucks, tankers, solid waste vehicles, and
construction equipment.
