The Lowell Housing Authority and the Board of Commissioners, the Awarding Authority, invite sealed bids from Contractors to provide electrical service upgrade and building electrification at Faulkner St. Development for the Lowell Housing Authority in Lowell, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Norian/Siani Engineering, Inc.
