Request for Proposals for Roof Repair & Maintenance Services

Project Description: The City of Milwaukie is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for on-call roof repair and maintenance services at multiple city-owned facilities. Services may also include inspections, reporting any existing conditions, and consultation services to validate the need for repairs.

The awarded contract will be subject to the state prevailing wage rates per ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870.
Proposals must be submitted electronically through Bonfire. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. PST on Thursday, January 30, 2025, for the purpose of selecting a proposal who evidences the highest level of quality performance and technical competence in their services.
