The City is accepting SOQs from experienced and qualified firms to provide the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the the storage tank expansion at the Rancho Gabriela Water Supply Facility located at Water Works Way and Cactus Road.
The selected firm will be engaged early in the process to provide cost estimating, constructability reviews, value engineering, scheduling, and risk mitigation support during design, and will later assume responsibility for construction under a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).
