Project Description: The WORK includes Site and Building Demolition, two (2) new restroom and storage buildings, 217’ of 6” SDR 35 PVC pipe, 998’ of 2” HDPE CTS Pipe, new trail lights and power infrastructure, 4 post-tensioned pickleball courts including court surfacing and striping nets, posts, etc., concrete improvements including flatwork, curbing, ADA ramps, landscaping and irrigation improvements, and other park improvements.
