The Mayor’s Office of Community Safety seeks a qualified contractor to provide mental health, wellness, workforce retention, and family support services for frontline professionals participating in the GRYD Safe Passage Initiative. Services may include counseling, wellness workshops, resilience training, team-building activities, staff retreats, and support for eligible family members. The program aims to improve employee well-being, reduce burnout and secondary traumatic stress, strengthen workforce retention, and enhance organizational resilience.
