RFB ERO LIB #80-F-3-24/25 - 2025 Storm Water Pipe CCTV and Evaluation For CIP Project Roadways

The County Commissioners of Carroll County (hereinafter the “County”), wish to receive Bids from qualified firms (the “Contractor”) for Storm Pipeline CCTV and Evaluation services in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of this solicitation. This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is being issued to obtain Storm Pipeline CCTV and Evaluation services for the County’s storm water systems. The County’s goal is to identify the condition of storm water systems and to prepare a construction project repairing or replacing of the damaged pipes. The successful Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the work at the time and place as designated by the County. Actual quantities for this project assignments will assigned on this RFP. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Carroll County Department of Public Works prior to bid opening. The bidder must be approved for the type of work applicable to the project. The pre-qualification application forms shall be submitted to the Bureau of Engineering a minimum of fifteen (15) days in advance of the bid opening.
