NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that the GLOUCESTER COUNTY UTILITIES AUTHORITY
("GCUA" or "AUTHORITY") will receive sealed bids for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF
ASHBROOK SIMON-HARTLEY OEM OR EQUAL PARTS AND SUPPLIES FOR THE
GLOUCESTER COUNTY UTILITIES AUTHORITY'S AQUABELT TYPE 85 AND
KLAMPRESS TYPE 85 BELT FILTER PRESS to be opened and read at the GCUA
Administrative Office, located at 2 Paradise Road, West Deptford, New Jersey 08066, on
Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. prevailing time. All bids shall be presented to the GCUA
before this time.
The project principally consists of the supply and delivery of Ashbrook Simon-Hartley OEM or
equal Parts and Supplies for the Gloucester County Utilities Authority's Aquabelt Type 85 Press
and Klampress Type 85 Belt Filter Press and associated hydraulics on an as needed basis.
Specifications and other bid information may be requested by email to Ronald Killeen at
rkilleen@gcuanj.com showing the name of the company, address, phone and fax numbers,
contact person and email address.
The bid must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Public Disclosure, Chapter 33 of the
Public Laws of 1977 provides that no corporation or partnership shall be awarded any state, county,
municipal or school district contract for the performance of any work or the furnishing of any
materials or supplies, unless, prior to the receipt of the bid or accompanying the bid of said
corporation or partnership there is submitted a statement. The statement shall set forth the names
and addresses of all stockholders in the corporation or partnership who own 10% or more of its
stock or any class, or of all individual partners in the partnership who own a 10% or greater
interest. FAILURE TO SUPPLY THIS INFORMATION WITH YOUR FORM OF PROPOSAL
MAY BE CAUSE TO REJECT THE BID. The GCUA reserves the right to reject any or all bids
or to waive any informality. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of
N.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 laws against discrimination because of race, religion,
sex, color, etc.
