This RFI is solely for market research and planning and information purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a subsequent solicitation (Request for Quote, etc.). This RFI does not commit the Government to contract any supply or service. USACE is not seeking quotes or proposals at this time.
U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), UMSB Contracting Center has been asked to solicit for and to award a contract for all the enterprise-wide, modernized, and secure cloud-based Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver, track, manage, and report on training
A draft Performance Work Statement has been attached. The proposed contract is expected to be a Firm Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of 12 months and four (4) 12-month option periods.
The purpose of this RFI is to identify potential sources of supply and to ascertain small business capability and interest in participating in the potential competition for the purpose of acquiring
The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541519 Other Computer Related Services with a size standard of $34M.
The proprietary owner is CORNERSTONE ONDEMAND, INC. This is a new requirement.
Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay any costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will solely be at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government.
If you submit proprietary information, you must clearly state “PROPRIETARY” on every response containing such information. Respondents are responsible for adequately marking proprietary information in their response. All information received in response to this RFI that is marked “Proprietary” will be handled accordingly.
