Summary
ODNR-DMRM seeks to purchase stream mitigation credits from an approved stream mitigation bank to offset expected impacts to 693 linear feet of perennial streams. These impacts are non-avoidable and the result of abandoned mine land reclamation activities known as the Combo Tuscarawas County Highwalls 2024 reclamation project. These mitigation credits must be immediately available and located in the Tuscarawas Watershed 8-digit HUC service area (HUC#05040001). The selected mitigation bank providing mitigation credits must be approved by the Interagency Review Team.
