Cloud-based Chatbot Solution

Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) is a state agency that empowers Ohioans with disabilities through employment, disability determination, and independence.

OOD is seeking proposals for a cloud-based Chatbot solution that simulates human conversations to create better experiences for participants based on predefined conversation flows.  OOD anticipates approximately twenty thousand (20,000) monthly interactions. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for implementation of Phase 1 -Predefined Q&A.

All attachments and forms required in the posted opportunity MUST be submitted with proposal. Proposals must be submitted electronically at https://OhioBuys.Ohio.gov/ . Only electronic bids received by the proposal due date and time will be accepted.  Mailed, emailed, or faxed responses will NOT be accepted.
