Description

FY24 Emergency Replace Condensers FS Warehouse MOD 00001

Recover refrigerant, disconnect piping, move equipment with

customer forklift, set new equipment, connect to existing piping,

install new suction line accumulator outside new unit, pressure

test, evacuate lines, charge with new refrigerant, start and test.

Isolated compressor and pressure tested with customer supplied

nitrogen. Traced to leak at base of compressor bolt. Attempted

to tighten to repair. Found unsuccessful. Determined compressor

would need to be removed for repair or possibly sent out for

rebuild. Unit is 15 years old, added customer supplied POE to

prevent oil failure, reset from tripping. Released nitrogen charge

and completed evacuation test. Restored power, unit is operational

but continuously loosing oil. Customer requests replacement unit.
