Project Description: Pennsylvania College of Technology is seeking bids for: Location 1: Mill, pave, paint lines, and install two speed bumps/crosswalks (approx. 92,800 sq. ft. area) at two parking areas on Pennsylvania College of Technology’s main campus. Location 2: Mill, pave, paint lines (approx. 21,500 sq. ft. area); as well as seal coat and paint lines (approx. 106,300 sq. ft. area) at the Schneebeli Earth Science Center. Bidding documents are available at no cost, via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 13 May 2026. Prospective bidders will meet at the main south entrance of the Breuder Advanced Technology and Health Sciences Center, located at 206 College Avenue, Williamsport, PA. Attendees will then travel to the second bid location at the Schneebeli Earth Science Center, located approximately ten (10) miles south of the College’s main campus at 203 Allenwood Camp Lane, Montgomery, PA. Bids will be accepted until 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, 27 May 2026, via the PennBid Program. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond of an approved Surety Company, certified check, or cashier’s check in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the proposal. Bond or check shall be drawn in favor of Pennsylvania College of Technology. This project is a project constituting public works and is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, of August 15, 1961, P.L. as amended and supplemented. Bids must be in the hands of the undersigned at the stated date and time, when bids will be electronically opened. The College reserves the right to waive any informalities in bidding, reject any or all bids, select a single item from any bid, or accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the College.
