Project Description: Removal / Replacement of existing EPDM roofing systems including edge metal. Installation of new .060 thick black EPDM fully adhered roof assembly, insulation (mechanically fastened) and edge metal. Replacement of existing drains and raising of existing blocking as required to accommodate new insulation. Raising of all existing mechanical units. Contract documents, including Plans and Specifications, are available on the Town of Groton Website: www.groton-ct.gov. The Town of Groton reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all bids. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at: 134 Groton Long Point Road on June 27, 2025 at 10:00am.
