The Town of Surfside Beach seeks qualified bidders for construction of a new, single story Town Council and Courtroom building of approximately 6,000 square feet, subject to the plans and specifications in the bid documents. There is a pre-bid conference on 6/23/2026 at 1:00 PM on site at the Town campus at 115 Hwy 17 North (site of former town hall). The deadline for questions to the architect will be 7/23/2026 at 5:00 PM. Questions will be addressed with an addenda to be posted on the town website. The bids received will be publicly opened on 7/30/2026 at 1:00 PM at the Town Hall located at 210 Hwy 17 South, Surfside Beach, SC 29575.
