Contracted Project Manager Fire District Inclusion

The City of Steamboat Springs, in collaboration with the Steamboat Springs Area Fire Protection District (SSAFPD), seeks a qualified consultant to manage the inclusion of City residents into the SSAFPD. The consultant will serve as project manager, guiding both agencies through planning, statutory requirements, public engagement, and operational transition. This effort supports the shared goal of unifying fire and emergency services under the SSAFPD taxing and governance structure.
