The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting proposals for construction services for the following project:
Project Description: MEP Upgrade to VRF system for approximately 30,000 sf of building area.
Disability Services Suite/Health Center Suite (4,435 sf) remodel.
Student Success Suite (10,300 sf) remodel.
Level 2 Testing Center Suite (7,355 sf) remodel.
Construction Cost Estimate:$7,500,000.00
