Description
The River Valley Regional Commission (RVRC) seeks to acquire the services of an environmental, home inspection or residential construction firm to provide lead-based paint inspections, risk assessments and/or abatement activities to meet current HUD guidelines. Lead-based paint inspections, risk assessments and/or abatement activities will be needed for single-family housing rehabilitation and construction projects. These services are needed for communities in our 16-county region that have been awarded funds through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Community HOME Investment Program (CHIP) or any other funding source for housing. This is a Section 3 Covered Contract and that Section 3 Business Concerns are encouraged to apply.¿
