Agency Contract - 911 Communication Solution

Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish an Agency Contract with a qualified supplier who will provide a Centralized 911 Communication Center to the Technical College System of Georgia Office Campus Safety (hereinafter, the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.

TCSG is seeking to establish a centralized 911 emergency communication solution to support the public safety operations of its 23 campus law enforcement agencies across 88 locations statewide.  TCSG intends to implement a Central Emergency Communication Center that will be singularly located to serve as the dedicated 911 and dispatch hub for all TCSG college institutions.  This centralized solution is essential to ensure consistent, reliable and coordinated law enforcement response across all TCSG campus locations.
