Commissioning Services for the Teachers’ Memorial Middle School

The projected enrollment for the Teachers’ Memorial Middle School is 425 students. The projected building size for these school buildings is 71,972 SF, based on the approved Educational Specification. This project will seek a space standard waiver for the additional square footage outside of the allowable OGA square footage. The Teachers’ Memorial Middle School site is currently connected to public water, public sewer, electricity, gas and fiber optic data. The intent of the project is the new buildings will connect to these utilities.
