Project Description: This project consists of repairing and preserving the apron at the South Valley Regional Airport (SVRA). Work will include removing existing tie down anchors, patching failed sections of asphalt, removing areas of failing asphalt surface by cold milling, placing a new 2-inch thick asphalt surface course in these areas, treating the entire area with a polymer-modified asphalt seal coat (P-623), and installing new tie down anchors and Airport striping in a new configuration that maximizes the storage capacity of the apron.
