General Consultant Services contract for Community Schools
The Mayor's Office of Education's Adult Education Philadelphia (AEPHL) is seeking multiple providers to deliver adult education classes — including ESOL, ABE, HSE, digital literacy, family literacy, emerging literacy, disability support, and workforce readiness — to adults 16 and older in high-need Philadelphia neighborhoods.
