Bids shall be addressed to and received by First Selectman, Bernie Dennler, 127 Norwich Avenue, Suite 201, Colchester, CT 06415 on or before 2:00 P.M. Thursday, November 6, 2025. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “RFP2025-008 VFW and CPD Architectural Design”. Bid opening shall take place at the Colchester Town Hall, Meeting Room 2, 127 Norwich Avenue, Colchester, CT. 06415 at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, November 6, 2025. Any questions concerning this bid may be answered via addenda by contacting Allyson Edwards, Asst. to Director of Public Works at (860) 537-7288 or aedwards@colchesterct.gov. A pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday October 22, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at 95 Norwich Ave, Colchester, CT 06415. While attendance at the pre-bid meeting is not required to submit a proposal, it is highly recommended.
