Summary
As part of an aggressive statewide effort to recruit, train, and retain DSPs who provide care in the Ohio developmental disabilities system, DODD is looking for a web-based Learning Management System (LMS) that offers training curriculum, specifically designed to educate and empower DSPs and front-line supervisors. The aim is to offer a resource for DSPs to fulfill the requirements of the Competency-Based Training and Longevity Add-On and to ensure DSPs receive consistent training to improve support and prevent worker injury. The training must focus on enhancing service quality and support, as well as best practices for safeguarding an individual's health and safety while meeting their needs. |
