Project Description: The Purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract with a qualified firm or firms to provide approximately 50 psychological evaluations, and 60 sexual behavior risk assessments (SBRAs) per year to youth under the jurisdiction of the Fourth District Juvenile Court in Utah, Wasatch, Juab and Millard Counties. The Court will award psychological evaluations and SBRA's separately to the highest scoring proposal for each. Vendors can submit a proposal for one or both of these services. If one vendor scores highest for both services they will be awarded both under the contract. Please note in the Executive Summary if you are bidding on Psychological Evaluations or SBRA's or Both.
