The purpose of this amendment is to remove line 10 and substitute with line 11. Questions and Answers are provided. No other changes are made.

Q1: Can I provide a quote with a rigid frame design meeting all the other specs?
A1: Pre-fab buildings they must meet all specs. ASTM structural specs with powder coat finish are included in the solicitation's attachments.
AMENDMENT 0001
The amendment adds 1 each 20 ft x 20 ft steel pavilion and 4 each 16ft x 16ft pavilion to the requirement. CLIN 0010 reference RFO NCA Attachment. CLIN 0020, 0030, 0040 reference SFO Datil Well Attachment. The solicitation is extended by one week to provide for updates to quotations.

RFQ NARRATIVE

The Bureau of Land Management requests quotation for 24 pre-fabricated Steel Pavilions pursuant to the specifications. The resultant order will be for a firm-fixed-price contract type. This RFQ is issued pursuant to the procedures of FAR Parts 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

5. Type of Contract - Firm Fixed Price
6. Government Past Performance Systems including SAM.gov and CPARS.gov will be evaluated to support the determination of responsibility required per FAR 9.104-1.

Instructions to Offerors:
1. Provide in your quotation in two parts: PART I (Non-price factors) PART II (Pricing Proposal)
2. Send quotation to scott_voigt@ios.doi.gov no later than the suspense date. Late quotes will not be considered.
3. Questions are to be submitted to scott_voigt@ios.doi.gov no later than 11 August 2026 at 0800 MT. Any questions will be responded to via RFQ amendment to the vendor pool.
4. Quotes shall be valid for not less than 120 days.
