Description


Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide a Schedule Management Software Solution to the Technical College System of Georgia (hereinafter the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.

The Technical College System of Georgia (TCSG) oversees the state¿s twenty-two (22) technical colleges, adult literacy programs, and a host of economic and workforce development programs.

The Technical College System of Georgia provides a unified system of technical education, adult education, and customized business and industry training through programs that use the best available technology and offer easy access to lifelong education and training for all adult Georgians and corporate citizens. Please see attached enrollment listing by college.

The Technical College System of Georgia is looking to establish a contract to provide a Schedule Management Software Solution for its twenty-two Technical Colleges statewide. The software solution will help colleges streamline planning processes, promote financial sustainability and enhance student success and degree completion by optimizing course scheduling practices and improving academic planning.

Please review the Request for Proposal document and the other bid documentation attached to the General Comments and Attachments section of the bid event in the Team Georgia Marketplace system for more information about the services being requested.  All required bid submission documents must be uploaded to the Team Georgia Marketplace bid event prior to 2:00 p.m. on November 18, 2025 at 2:00pm EST.
