Project Description: Benefits Broker Consultant - Provides Leadership Consulting and guidance to the Williamson County Benefits Department, Benefits Committee and to Commissioners Court. Assists in the RFP process for all benefit vendors, Benefits Program Design, Financial Plan Performance and Reporting, Regulatory Compliance, Vendor Performance and Reporting, Claims Audits, Open Enrollment Support, and Benefits Communications Development.
