Estevan 03 Section 1 Roof Replacement

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by SaskTel to prospective Suppliers to submit proposals for the Roof Replacement for SaskTel's Estevan 03 location as further described below (the “Deliverables”):

This project is for the removal and replacement of the roof section 1 at our Estevan 03 building, located at 401 Kensington Avenue, S4A 3A1. The existing roof is using older construction details, installation practices and materials. The new roof system uses state of the art construction details, installation practices and materials.

Please Note: For this project, SaskTel requires all Vendors to have current COR (Certification of Recognition) or SECOR (Small Employer Certification of Recognition) safety accreditation certificate.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a mandatory site walk through on Thursday May 28, 2026. Please request access to the Ariba event and review section 1.1.1 for site walk through details.

Participation process:
Suppliers interested in participating in this opportunity must do so via SaskTel’s e-Sourcing tool with Ariba.

Suppliers not yet registered with SaskTel’s Ariba domain, must first complete the Self Registration process by clicking on the link provided below. Suppliers not registered and approved with SaskTel’s Ariba e-sourcing tool, will not be able to participate in this opportunity.

Note: Suppliers with an active Ariba Commerce Cloud account not previously registered with SaskTel, must ensure they login using their existing Ariba account ID to register with SaskTel as the first step in the registration process.
