The USPFO for Hawaii to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to AD WALLS LLC. The statutory authority which permits other than full and open competition for this acquisition is 41 U.S.C. ยง 3304, as implemented by FAR 13.106-3(b)(3)(i). Therefore, a Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation from a single source, will be issued to Learfield IMG College LLC to provide Hawaii Air National Guard (HIANG) creatives both physically and digitally at University of Hawaii (UH) sporting events on scoreboards, stadium walls, programs and other marketing events.
Hawaii Sports Properties is a locally-based subsidiary of Learfield IMG College LLC and solely represents University of Hawaii Athletics. Hawaii Sports Properties manages all aspects of the rights relationship, providing corporate partners both traditional and new media opportunities.
The designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541850, Indoor and Outdoor Display Advertising, with a size standard in millions of dollars $34.5. Please note that this notice is not a Request for Quotations (RFQ); however, any response to this notice must show clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. Responsible parties who believe they can responsibly meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services no later than 10:00 AM Hawaii Standard Time, Monday, August 11, 2025.
