Conservation/SLD- Vehicle Repairs for NE AL

All or None** This is to establish an annual agreement for vehicle repairs for the State Lands Division
Vendor must be located in one of the following counties of NE AL: Madison, Dekalb, Marshall, Jackson
Vendor MUST be able to repair F150s up to F450s

First year valid dates are 10/2026-9/30/2027

DCNR intends to establish a multi-year agreement with the maximum contract term to be determined
at the time of award based on the awarded pricing and anticipated usage. The supplier shall maintain consistency in
pricing, products, services, specifications, and all contract deliverables throughout the entire term of the contract. Under no circumstances shall the cumulative value of the agreement exceed Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars (25,000). See boiler plate.
Contract term to not exceed 5 years and/or $25,000. To be renewed annually.
