Project cannot start earlier than Tuesday, June 10 ^th , 2025. Work must be completed no later than Wednesday, June 25 ^th , 2025 to avoid disruption to the BWC Board Meeting.

Deliverys must to be made by box truck or van to 30 W. Spring St. Columbus, OH 43215.

Work can be completed during normal business hours. Coordination with BWC Facilities required in advance.

This project includes the purchase and installa??on of new A/V equipment, and the replacement
of ceiling-mounted speakers. This project is for the Board Room on Level 2 in the William Green
Building, located at 30 W. Spring Street, Columbus, OH 43215. This work must be completed prior to June 30, 2025.
