REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ 2025005) Lincoln University of Missouri Design Criteria Consultant Services - Design-Build Projects Lincoln University will receive sealed Statements of Qualifications until 2:00 p.m. CST, Wednesday, December 9, 2025, at Allen Hall, 900 Chestnut Street, Room 303, Jefferson City, MO 65101, for Design Criteria Consultant services (architectural/engineering) for the following projects: 1. Livestock Handling Facility 2. Schweich Hall Basement Renovation (labs/classrooms) 3. FINCA Farm Renovation 4. Swine Facility Demolition & Site Restoration Selection shall be in accordance with RSMo ยงยง 8.285-8.291 (Qualifications-Based Selection).
