Sealed bids for NE 72nd St. Pickleball Conversion Parking Lot, Project CP2555 will bereceived by the City of Gladstone, MO at City Hall, 7010 N. Holmes, until 10:30 AM,Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.All bids must be submitted in accordance with forms and conditions set forth in theBidding Documents. Project consists of the installation of a new Parking Lot andUnderground Plumbing. Pursuant to Section 292.675, RSMO, the Contractor shallprovide a ten-hour Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) constructionsafety program for all on-site employees.
