Areas with evidence of shortages are designated by the authority of the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) as Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs). This request is for a vendor to update primary care and mental health physicians’ data used for shortage designations in order to update applicable primary care and mental health HPSAs in Maryland.
