This contract action is being solicited as a 100% small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the size standard for small business is $45M average annual revenue for the past three years. Project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. A combined Site Visit/Pre-Proposal conference is scheduled for August 6, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. EST. Interested parties should email MSgt Briana McCaffery at briana.mccaffery@us.af.mil or Maj Richard Peirson at richard.peirson@us.af.mil by 12;00 P.M., August 4, 2025. See solicitation documents for complete details. All bids will be submitted electronically using Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment, Solicitation Module. Persons intending on submitting a bid are highly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors. Funds are not presently available for this contract. Currently, the Government anticipates funds will become available prior to, but no later than midnight 30 Sep 2025. This action has been identified on the National Guard priority list for award if funds become available and the prices received are within an awardable range. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. Bid guarantee required with submission of bid.
