Ohio Dept of Health DOH56929 Bureau of HIV, STI, and Hepatitis- Rapid HIV Test Kits RDQ

These test kits must be intended for use in the field by HIV Testers, and provide  time sensitive, reliable, and effective tests for HIV Prevention efforts. There are other CLIA approved HIV tests, but they cannot provide the testing parameters needed for our counseling and testing requirements. Test must have the efficacy, timeliness and specificity required to provide the services associated with determining HIV status in the timeframe and collection method needed for HIV testing and counseling.

Offerors will need to review the attached RDQ -   SRC0000030713 - DOH56929 Ohio Dept of Health DOH56929 Bureau of HIV, STI, and Hepatitis- Rapid HIV Test Kits . Each Offeror must submit a technical proposal and cost form/proposal as part of its total proposal before the closing date and time, which is 06/24/2025 at 3PM. If no qualifed bids are received, ODH reserves the right to post additional rounds to allow more time for qualified bidders to submit proposals.

The Offeror must title the electronic files with                                        “DOH RFP #SRC0000030713 - DOH56929  -- Technical Proposal” and "   DOH RFP #SRC0000030713 - DOH56929   Cost Proposal” as appropriate.

Please note there is not a page minimum or maximum for the technical proposal and bidders should refer to technical evaluation criterion on the RFP document for guidance.  The cost proposal should include the completed Excel Cost Proposal Form.
