Bid Package 04 (BP-04) – Yoakley Hall

Due Date:

Proposals will be received until 2:00 pm (EST), on October 16, 2025 via email to Jason Gibson.

Bids to be publicly opened via ZOOM on-line meeting. A ZOOM invitation will be sent
to all bidders of record.

Bids must be submitted on the Blaine Provided Bid Form.

Pre-Bid Meeting:

There will be a pre-bid meeting via ZOOM on September 25, 2025 at 10:00am (EST). Information regarding the meeting will follow by email to all bidders of record.

Blaine Construction Corporation, the awarded Construction Manager/General Contractor
for this project, is accepting bids from pre-qualified subcontractors for the work
in this bid package. Jason Gibson , Senior Estimator, of Blaine Construction can be contacted via phone at (865) 560-2142
(D) or (865) 321-7699 (C).

Bid Documents include:

• Project Drawings (GMP-4 YOAKLEY HALL)
• Project Manual (GMP -04 Yoakley Hall)
• Invitation to Bid
• Bid Form

Bid Documents will be available from the Blaine Construction Corporation on-line plan room www.blaineconstructionplans.com  and at Knoxville Builders Exchange
on Wednesday, September 10, 2025.

All bidders must be licensed and qualified per state law.

Bid bonds are not required.

The successful bidder will be required to furnish 100% payment and performance bonds.
