Description
This is a Sources Sought notice for advisory and assistance services supporting the General Services Administration (GSA) Enterprise Technology Solutions (ETS) group. ETS is seeking highly specialized expertise in regulations impacting the pricing and delivery of telecommunications and networking solutions. The effort will track and evaluate the regulatory activities of boards and commissions; the appropriate application of tariffs, taxes, fees, & surcharges; and the impact of emerging technologies on the price and delivery of telecommunications/networking services.
EPRE II is a follow-on to EPRE contract 47QTCB21D0001.
Interested parties are asked to qualify themselves as serious respondents by answering the following questions:

Do you routinely monitor the activities of local, state, and Federal boards and commissions in the course of your standard business operations?

Have you ever advised clients on the appropriate application of tariffs, taxes, fees, and surcharges on telecommunications invoices?

Do you retain individuals or partners whose primary area of expertise relates to telecommunications pricing structures, market conditions, or emerging technologies?

Does your current business require you to engineer and manage secure cloud-based databases?

Have you ever participated in regulatory hearings or supplied expert witnesses/testimony before local, state, or Federal regulatory dockets?

In the course of your standard business operations have you ever prepared and published formal research papers or presentations on emerging telecommunications topics?
