The Port is undertaking a significant, multi-year capital improvement program consisting of a wide range of infrastructure and construction projects. To support the successful planning, delivery, and oversight of these projects, the Port is seeking qualified professional consultants to provide on-call project controls support services. These services may include, but are not limited to, scheduling & cost control support functions, cost estimating, project health reporting, business systems support & development, and program-level support, guidance, analysis & reporting for projects in various stages of delivery, including planning, design, construction, and closeout.
The Port expects to award more than one contract from this procurement.
