CUSTODIAL SERVICES AT VARIOUS MDC LOCATIONS IN THE GREATER HARTFORD AREA

The Metropolitan District (MDC) is inviting qualified SBE companies to submit bids on Contract Number 2025B-02 for Custodial Services at various MDC locations in the Greater Hartford Connecticut area. SBE firms are firms and/or businesses that are certified by the State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Service (DAS) as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE), and/or (b) certified by the State of Connecticut Department of Transportation (DOT) as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and maintaining its primary office or location in Connecticut. The MDC intends to obtain formal bids from qualified contractors to perform daily, weekly and monthly custodial services for various Greater Hartford facilities. The selected contractor will be expected to enter into a contract for custodial services. The ITB may be obtained from the MDC ProcureWare site at https://mdc.procureware.com/home.
