Solicitation N0042125Q1323 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The NAWCAD Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Air Traffic Control and Landing System (ATC&LS) Division intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on sole source basis with Logus Manufacturing Corporation under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (https://www.sam.gov/sam/) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.
