Project Description: This contract provides for annual maintenance, load bank testing, service and immediate-need repairs of City owned generators. Locations of generators includes generators at City facilities, water stations, wastewater stations and portable generators, and other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
The City intends to award one Contract for a period of one (1) year, with the option to extend for four (4) additional years.
Engineer's Estimate - $150,000/year
