Project Description: TxDOT’s Environmental Affairs Division anticipates issuing an RFP soliciting proposals for indefinite deliverable, scientific services contracts. Services to be provided include non-archeological historic resource studies related to compliance with Sections 106 and 110 of the NHPA (36 CFR 800) and Section 4(f) of the DOTA (23 CFR 771), including non-archeological historic resource survey, research and documentation efforts leading to public history components such as historic context statements, museum exhibit/interpretive panels, public engagement and outreach, and other mitigation activities such as creating, managing or updating inventories of non-archeological historic properties. Services may be acquired on a statewide basis.
