Project Description: the repair and resurfacing of Carsins Run Road between Creswell Road and Maryland Route 22 (Churchville Road). Work associated with this contract involves, maintenance of traffic, ditch and/or drainage swale grading at various locations, inlet rehabilitation and replacements, replacement of existing asphalt curb with new concrete curb, and milling and resurfacing.
