RFB 24-25-15 One-Time Purchase for 3M Scott Snap-Change Cylinder Carbon Wrapped 4500 PSI Deadline: 10/23/2025 @ 2:00pm The City of Visalia is requesting bids for the one-time purchase and delivery of thirty (30) 3M Scott Snap-Change Cylinders, carbon wrapped, with a working pressure of 4500 PSI. Delivery shall be made to the Fire Administration, located at 420 N Burke St., Visalia, CA. All cylinders shall meet the technical specifications outlined in section B.
